We wrote these terms in plain English so you know exactly what you get. They're the full rules of the Gold Seal Guarantee. If an ad, a web page, a sign, or anything someone tells you says something different, these written terms control.

1. Who and what this covers

New trailers only. Pre-owned trailers aren't eligible for any part of the Gold Seal.

Money-back promises and financing. The Price Match (Section 4), 7-Day Price Drop Protection (6a), 7-Day Post-Sale Price Match (6b), and Love-It Buyback (6c) are not available on rent-to-own, financed, or leased (including ClickLease) purchases. The other Gold Seal promises still apply to those purchases.

• The Gold Seal Guarantee ("Gold Seal") promises come with every new trailer sold by A&A Center Trailers ("A&A," "we," "us") with a sale date on or after October 20, 2026. The Optional Maintenance Plan (Section 7) is not included: it's available for an additional $70 at the time of sale, and it isn't required to purchase a trailer or receive the other Gold Seal promises.
• It covers the original purchaser named on the A&A invoice and Gold Seal Certificate ("you"). It is not transferable. It ends if you sell or transfer the trailer.
• Not covered: pre-owned (used) trailers, rentals, parts-only or service-only purchases, and trailers bought anywhere other than A&A.
• Your Gold Seal Certificate is completed and signed by an authorized A&A office representative. Keep it with your invoice. You'll need both to make any request.

Your 7-day window. Days are calendar days. Your 7-day window starts on the date you pick up the trailer or we deliver it, which we record as the Sale Date on your certificate. Day 1 is the next day. The window ends at close of business (Saturday 4pm; Monday–Friday 5pm) on day 7. If day 7 falls on a Sunday or another day we're closed, it ends at close of business on our next open day. The expiration date printed on your certificate controls.

"Within 50 miles" means within 50 driving miles of 8834 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236, by the shortest driving route on Google Maps.

2. What counts as an "identical" trailer

A trailer is identical only if all of these match the A&A trailer:

• Make (manufacturer), model, and model year
• Size (length and width) and interior height
• Axle count, axle rating, and GVWR
• Options and packages (doors, ramps, vents, lighting, flooring, wall material, etc.)
• Color, if the color changes the price
• New, never titled or registered to a retail buyer

If anything is different, we're still happy to talk price. It just isn't a guaranteed match.

3. What counts as an eligible competing offer

We match real, buy-it-today offers. To qualify, the competing price must be:

• In writing, dated, and verifiable: a written quote dated within the last 7 days (showing the dealer's name and address, the unit's details, and the price) or a live online listing we can view;
• From a licensed trailer dealer within 50 miles who can sell you that trailer at that price right now; and
• On an identical trailer that is new, in stock, and available to buy at that price today.

Not eligible:

• Pricing errors, typos, or misprints, and ads or quotes the dealer won't honor
• Bait pricing, "call for price," "starting at," or "as low as" ads
• Sold, pending, on-hold, or on-order units, or units not yet on the dealer's lot
• Conditional prices that depend on financing, a trade-in, rebates, or special pricing (military, first-responder, fleet, employee, loyalty, or similar)
• Private sellers, auctions, and online marketplaces for private sellers
• Online-only sellers, or any seller shipping from outside the 50-mile radius
• Closeout, clearance, demo, used, scratch-and-dent, or damaged units
• Prices that are themselves the result of another dealer's price match
• Quantity deals: we match the competing price for the same quantity the dealer offers it in

How we verify. Before we match, we confirm the offer by calling the dealer or checking the live listing. Verification usually takes less than one business day. If we can't verify an offer, we may decline it. After verification, A&A's decision on eligibility is final.

How we compare. We compare out-the-door prices: the trailer price plus doc fees and any other dealer fees (freight, prep, setup, and similar), excluding sales tax and government fees.

4. Guarantee 1: Gold Seal Price Match (before you buy)

Show us an eligible competing offer (Sections 2 and 3) before you sign your purchase paperwork, and we'll beat its out-the-door price on the identical trailer. You still get every other Gold Seal benefit. The amount we beat it by is at A&A's discretion.

• One price-match claim per trailer.
• Not available on rent-to-own, financed, or leased (including ClickLease) purchases.
• Offers can't be combined (Section 11).

5. Guarantee 2: $200 In-Stock Guarantee

If we don't have the trailer you want in stock, order it through A&A and we'll take $200 off the purchase price.

• "In stock" means a new unit matching your requested make, model, size, configuration, and color is in our inventory on the day you order. If we have one, the credit doesn't apply.
• Trailers with a selling price over $2,000 (before tax and fees) only.
• Not available on custom builds (trailers designed or built to your specifications).
• Applied at the time you place the order and pay the order deposit. Order deposits are non-refundable. If the order is canceled, the credit is void.
• One $200 credit per ordered trailer. No cash value, not redeemable for cash, not transferable.
• Offers can't be combined (Section 11).

6. "7 Days to Be Sure"

Three promises that give you a full week after your Sale Date. Every 7-day request must be made within your window (Section 1).

6a. Guarantee 3: 7-Day Price Drop Protection

If A&A lowers its advertised price on a new unit of the same make, model, model year, and configuration during your 7-day window, including during an A&A sale or promotion, we'll refund the difference between the final price you paid for the trailer and our new advertised price.

• Doesn't apply to price changes on demo, used, scratch-and-dent, or damaged units; to prices individually negotiated with another customer; or to prices that depend on a trade-in, financing, or special pricing (military, fleet, employee, or similar).
• One price-drop refund per trailer.
• Not available on rent-to-own, financed, or leased (including ClickLease) purchases.

6b. Guarantee 4: 7-Day Post-Sale Price Match

If, during your 7-day window, you find an eligible competing offer (Sections 2 and 3) on an identical trailer for less than the final out-the-door price you paid, we'll refund the difference.

• The offer must meet every rule in Section 3 and must still be available when we verify it.
• One post-sale price-match refund per trailer, compared against the final price you paid (including any price match before the sale).
• Not available on rent-to-own, financed, or leased (including ClickLease) purchases.

6c. Guarantee 5: 7-Day Love-It Buyback

Changed your mind? Bring the trailer back during your 7-day window and A&A will buy it back from you. This is a repurchase of the trailer by A&A, not a cancellation of your sale. You choose:

• 80% of the trailer's sale price, paid as described in Section 10, or
• 90% of the trailer's sale price as A&A store credit.

"Sale price" means the price of the trailer itself on your invoice. The buyback price doesn't include sales tax, title, doc, or admin fees, delivery charges, accessories or installation costs, parts, labor, or the maintenance plan. Those amounts are not returned.

To qualify, the trailer must:

• Be returned by the original purchaser, in person, to our lot during business hours, at your expense;
• Be new and unused: no damage, scratches, or dents; no modifications or installed accessories; no hitch or coupler wear; and no use of the floor or interior;
• Be unregistered and untitled: no tag or registration applied for or issued in any state, and no title applied for or issued. The original MSO/MCO must come back unsigned and unassigned;
• Come back clean, with all keys, manuals, the invoice, your Gold Seal Certificate, and the MSO/MCO and any other documents you received; and
• Meet our return checklist (you get a copy at the sale). We'll check the trailer against it with you when you bring it back.

Not eligible: custom builds; special-order trailers; and any trailer that has been registered (tag or registration applied for or issued in any state) or titled. Not available on rent-to-own, financed, or leased (including ClickLease) purchases.

Limits: one Love-It Buyback per customer (including any household or business buying under the same name). Sales tax and fees aren't returned (see above). Accessories bought with the trailer follow our normal parts return policy.

Store credit can be used on trailers, parts, and accessories at A&A. It's good for 90 days from the day we accept the return, has no cash value, isn't redeemable for cash, and isn't transferable.

7. Guarantee 6: Optional Maintenance Plan: Additional $70 (Save $150)

Available for an additional $70 at the time of sale. Not included in the trailer price and not required to purchase a trailer or receive the other Gold Seal promises. If you add it, you pay $70 for a plan worth $220, so you save $150. *A $220 value (about 2 hours of labor at $110/hr).

• What the plan covers: labor for bearing service, an overall check of lights, and standard trailer maintenance checks, including a check of welds, leaf springs, jacks, springs, and similar items.
• One visit, by appointment during business hours, within 12 months of your Sale Date. Bring the trailer to our shop.
• Parts and supplies are extra (for example bearings, seals, grease, bulbs, and wiring), billed at our normal prices. Any repair the visit shows is needed is billed separately. We'll get your approval before doing any billable work.
• Purchased separately at the time of sale, as its own line on the same invoice as the trailer. Declining it doesn't affect any other Gold Seal promise. Not transferable, no cash value, and not refundable if unused.

8. Guarantee 7: Service & Support for the Life of Your Ownership

For as long as you own your A&A trailer, you get:

• Priority scheduling in our service shop: we'll move A&A buyers ahead in our schedule where we reasonably can (no specific turnaround time is promised), and
• Answers to your trailer questions by phone or in person during business hours (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–4pm).

This is not a warranty, a guarantee of performance, or insurance. It doesn't pay for repairs, parts, or labor; those are billed at our normal rates. Any manufacturer warranty on your trailer comes from the manufacturer, under the manufacturer's terms, and the manufacturer is responsible for it. The Gold Seal doesn't change the warranty terms in your purchase documents. "Life of ownership" ends when you sell or transfer the trailer.

9. Guarantee 8: Drive-Off Ready

At pickup, at no charge, we'll do a courtesy hookup check with you: hitch and ball fit, wiring and light test, brake controller function (if your tow vehicle has one), and a walkaround of the trailer.

This is a courtesy check only; it doesn't certify your tow vehicle or the trailer's roadworthiness. You're responsible for your tow vehicle and its ratings, your hitch, ball, wiring, and brake controller, and for loading, securing, and towing safely. You'll sign a short hookup acknowledgment at pickup.

Plus, tires, spare tires, locks, and accessories are discounted off sticker price when bought with your trailer on the same invoice. The discount varies by item. Installation labor isn't included unless your invoice says so.

10. How refunds and buyback payments are paid

Price-difference refunds (Sections 6a and 6b) and Love-It Buyback payments (Section 6c) go back the way you paid:

• Cash purchase: paid by A&A company check.
• Card purchase: refunded only to the same card used for the purchase.
• Check or other non-card payment: paid by A&A company check, after your original payment has fully cleared.
• Mixed payments: paid proportionally to each original payment method.

Nothing is paid until your original payment has fully cleared. We don't give cash back. Payments are issued within 10 business days after we approve your request (for the buyback, after we accept the return) and your payment has cleared. Payments go only to the original purchaser.

11. Offers can't be combined

You get the single offer that saves you the most. Gold Seal guarantees, credits, and discounts don't stack. When more than one could lower the price of the same trailer (for example, the $200 In-Stock credit and a Price Match, or a Price Match and an A&A promotion), we apply the one that saves you the most, never more than one. You can't receive more than one refund or credit for the same price difference.

12. General terms

• How to make a request. Come to our lot or call (770) 603-8511 during business hours (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–4pm, closed Sunday). Bring your invoice and Gold Seal Certificate. Requests under a 7-day guarantee must be made within your window.
• Good-faith decisions. A&A decides eligibility under these terms in good faith. After verification, our decision is final.
• Fraud. The Gold Seal is void for any purchase or request involving fraud, misrepresentation, altered documents, or fake or arranged quotes.
• Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, A&A's responsibility under the Gold Seal is limited to the refund, buyback payment, credit, discount, or service described in these terms, and A&A isn't liable for incidental or consequential damages (for example lost time, lost income, rental or towing costs, or damage to other property) arising from the Gold Seal.
• Your legal rights. The Gold Seal is in addition to any rights you have under Georgia or federal law. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law doesn't allow us to limit.
• Changes. We may change or end the Gold Seal program for future sales at any time. The terms in effect on your Sale Date govern your purchase.
• Entire terms. These written terms, your invoice, and your Gold Seal Certificate are the whole agreement about the Gold Seal. No employee can change them, add to them, or make a different promise except in writing signed by the owner of A&A.
• Georgia law. These terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or magistrate courts of Clayton County, Georgia.
• Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
