These Terms & Conditions cover use of our website, trailer and parts inquiries, purchases, rentals when offered, service and repair requests, financing inquiries when available, text messaging, and other interactions with our dealership. Additional terms contained in a purchase agreement, rental agreement, repair order, financing agreement, warranty document, invoice, or other written transaction document may also apply. If there is a conflict, the transaction-specific written agreement will control for that transaction.

Trailer, Parts, and Inventory Availability

A trailer or other item shown on our website may no longer be available when you contact us.Photographs may show optional equipment, manufacturer images, representative models, previously available inventory, or equipment that differs from the specific unit offered for sale. Customers should verify the features, specifications, condition, and included equipment of a particular unit before completing a purchase.
Pricing, Taxes, and Fees
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices may not include applicable sales or use taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, delivery or freight charges, documentation fees, optional accessories, installation charges, financing costs, or other charges that may apply to a transaction.The final price and terms of a purchase will be stated in the applicable written sales, financing, rental, or transaction documents.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes, estimates, proposals, and other pricing provided by us are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to expiration, inventory availability, manufacturer changes, freight costs, parts costs, labor requirements, taxes, fees, or other changes.A quote or estimate does not reserve a trailer, part, service appointment, rental unit, or other item unless we expressly confirm the reservation or order.
Purchases and Orders
Purchases and orders are subject to availability, final pricing, required documentation, accepted payment, and any other terms contained in the applicable sales agreement, invoice, purchase order, or other transaction documents.Special-order, customized, or manufacturer-ordered trailers, parts, and accessories may be subject to additional terms, lead times, deposits, and cancellation restrictions that will be provided in connection with the order.
Deposits and Reservations
A deposit or down payment may be required to reserve inventory, place a special order, reserve rental equipment, order parts, or authorize certain work. The amount, payment terms, refundability, and cancellation terms applicable to a deposit will be disclosed in connection with the applicable transaction.Deposits associated with special orders, customized equipment, ordered inventory, freight, rental reservations, or inventory removed from active sale at a customer's request may be non-refundable to the extent stated in the applicable written agreement and permitted by law.
Financing
Financing may be available through third-party lenders or financing providers. Submission of a financing or credit application does not guarantee approval, a particular interest rate, a particular payment amount, or any other financing terms.Financing decisions and terms may depend on factors such as credit history, income, employment, collateral, down payment, lender requirements, and other eligibility criteria. Final financing terms are determined by the applicable lender and the financing documents presented to the customer.
If a financing application or financing service is provided by a third party, additional terms and privacy practices of that third party may apply.
Payment
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method and according to the terms of the applicable transaction. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, trailers, equipment, parts, titles, keys, documents, rental equipment, or completed service work may be withheld until required payment has been received.Returned payments, insufficient funds, chargebacks, unpaid balances, or other payment issues may be subject to additional charges or collection remedies to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable transaction agreement.
Trade-Ins
If we accept or evaluate a trailer, vehicle, or other property as a trade-in, any preliminary trade-in value is subject to inspection, verification of ownership, condition, title status, lien information, mileage when applicable, and other relevant information.Final trade-in value and terms will be reflected in the applicable written transaction documents.
Service and Repairs
Service and repair estimates are based on the information and conditions known at the time the estimate is prepared. Additional labor, parts, damage, wear, or hidden conditions may be discovered during inspection or repair and may affect the final cost or completion time.When appropriate, we may request customer authorization before performing additional work beyond the work initially authorized.
Service completion dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Parts availability, manufacturer delays, shipping, diagnostic requirements, and other circumstances may affect completion times.
Parts and Accessories
Parts and accessories may vary in availability, compatibility, fitment, price, and lead time. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to identify the appropriate part or accessory, which may include the trailer or vehicle year, make, model, VIN, serial number, measurements, photographs, or other information.Installation of parts or accessories may be subject to separate labor charges and service terms.
Rentals
Trailer or equipment rentals, when offered, are subject to availability and the terms of the applicable rental agreement. Rental terms may include rental rates, deposits, payment requirements, identification requirements, insurance requirements, inspection procedures, pickup and return times, mileage or use limitations, late fees, cleaning fees, damage responsibility, and other conditions related to the rental.Customers renting trailers or equipment are responsible for using the rented item safely, lawfully, and only for its intended purpose. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any tow vehicle, hitch, towing equipment, electrical connections, brakes, tires, safety equipment, and other equipment used with the rental are suitable for the rented trailer or equipment.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable licensing, registration, insurance, load, towing, permit, and safety requirements during the rental period.
The customer is responsible for the rented trailer or equipment during the rental period, including loss, theft, misuse, damage, excessive wear, or failure to return the item as required, to the extent stated in the applicable rental agreement and permitted by law.
Rental equipment should be inspected at pickup and return. Existing damage or condition issues should be identified and documented when reasonably possible.
Late returns, failure to return equipment, unauthorized use, damage, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or violations of the rental agreement may result in additional charges or other remedies as provided in the applicable rental agreement and permitted by law.
If these Terms & Conditions conflict with a signed or accepted rental agreement, the rental agreement will control with respect to that rental transaction.
Pickup, Delivery, Towing, and Transportation
Customers are responsible for confirming pickup or delivery arrangements and for ensuring that their tow vehicle, hitch, towing equipment, electrical connections, tires, brakes, safety equipment, and other equipment are appropriate for the trailer being transported.Customers are responsible for complying with applicable licensing, registration, insurance, towing, load, permit, and safety requirements.
Delivery dates, transportation times, service completion dates, and similar time estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Equipment or completed service work that is not picked up within an agreed or reasonable period may be subject to storage charges or other remedies to the extent disclosed to the customer and permitted by applicable law.
Inspection and Acceptance
Customers should inspect trailers, equipment, rental equipment, parts, accessories, and completed service work before taking possession whenever reasonably possible.Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable operating instructions, weight ratings, loading requirements, towing requirements, maintenance recommendations, and safety information before using or transporting a trailer or other equipment.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Return, exchange, cancellation, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of transaction, item, condition, order status, and any written policy or agreement applicable to the transaction.Special-order items, customized trailers or equipment, installed parts, electrical components, used items, ordered inventory, freight charges, completed labor, and certain deposits may be non-returnable or non-refundable when disclosed as such and permitted by applicable law.
Rental cancellations, reservation changes, and rental deposit refunds are subject to the applicable rental agreement or rental policy.
Any written return, cancellation, rental, or refund terms provided in connection with a specific transaction will control for that transaction.
Warranties
New trailers, parts, components, and accessories may be covered by warranties provided by the applicable manufacturer or third-party warranty provider. Manufacturer and third-party warranties are subject to their own terms, exclusions, claim procedures, time limits, and eligibility requirements.We may assist customers with warranty-related questions or claims when appropriate, but approval or denial of a manufacturer or third-party warranty claim is generally determined by the applicable warranty provider.
Used trailers, used equipment, trade-ins, clearance items, or other items may be sold "as-is" only when identified as such in the applicable sales documents and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customer Information and Submissions
When you submit a contact form, request a quote, request service, submit a financing inquiry, provide trade-in information, request a rental, or otherwise communicate with us through the website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
