Rent to Own: From 15% Down
Rent to own new standard trailers (enclosed, utility, dump, equipment, car haulers) and new race trailers from 15% down with no credit check for buyers in 21 states (UT, CO, AZ, TX, OK, KS, MO, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, KY, VA, PA, IL and MI). Used trailers (any type) and specialty builds (food/concession, BBQ, barber, grooming, boutique, game, mobile office, fiber optic, roadside service) rent to own from 20% down for buyers in NC, GA, FL, AL, TN, MS, LA and TX. Then choose 24, 36 or 48 months. Specialty rent to own has no credit check for buyers in those 8 states. Rent to own works on custom builds and in-stock trailers (Hometowne approvals go up to $12,000; trailers priced above that need a larger down payment; used and specialty trailers up to about $25,000, ask about higher-priced builds), equipment installed on the trailer can be included, early payoff comes with a discount, and if plans change you can surrender the trailer with no impact on your credit. Pre-owned trailers rent to own with 20% down, too.

Can I finance a custom build?
Yes. Rent to own covers custom builds (Hometowne approvals go up to $12,000; trailers priced above that need a larger down payment; specialty builds up to about $25,000), and our team will walk you through the options for your build. Custom builds can be ready as fast as 2 weeks; most take about 4.
Can equipment be included?
On rent to own, yes: equipment installed on the trailer can be included. Ask us about traditional financing or ClickLease for your build.
