How a Custom Build Works
- Consultation. Tell us the business, your budget and your timeline. We'll recommend a size and a starting layout.
- Quote. We price your options. Every build page has a quote form.
- Deposit. Your deposit reserves the build, and it's sold only to you, no matter how much attention it gets on our lot before pickup.
- Live 3D design session. Meet our in-house CAD artist on a video call and watch your trailer drafted in 3D. Move the chairs, sinks, windows and outlets in real time before production.
- Build. Our manufacturing partners (Nationcraft, Anvil, Quality Cargo, Diamond Cargo and others) build to your approved drawing.
- Quality-control inspection. Electrical, welds, leaks, plumbing, A/C, tires, doors, fit and finish.
- Pickup or delivery. Pick up at 8834 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236, or we'll arrange nationwide transport.
How long does it take? Custom builds can be done as fast as 2 weeks; most builds about 4 weeks (boutique about 6). Your quote includes your timeline. Every build page has a quote form, so pick your build above to get a custom quote.

Specialty builds (food, barber, grooming, boutique, gaming, race, fiber optic, mobile office and more) take 20% down, for buyers who live in TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN or FL. No credit check rent to own for buyers in TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN and FL. Light race trailers can be 15% down, and they're available in more states than those 7. Standard trailers (cargo, utility and similar) take 15% down, in most states. Outside those states? ClickLease financing is available in all 50 states, with a soft-pull pre-approval and a low amount due at signing (just a doc fee, under $500). For higher-priced builds, ask us about financing.

Can you build something that isn't listed?
Yes. If it fits in an enclosed trailer, we've probably built something close.
Do you sell nationwide?
Yes. Most specialty buyers aren't local. We arrange transport.
Can I finance a custom build?
Yes: ClickLease financing in all 50 states with a soft-pull pre-approval, or rent to own on specialty builds up to about $25,000 with 20% down if you live in TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, TN or FL. Light race trailers can be 15% down, in more states than those 7. Ask us about higher-priced builds.
Which states qualify for rent to own?
It's based on where you live. Specialty trailers (food, barber, grooming, boutique, gaming, race, fiber optic, mobile office, etc.): buyers living in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee or Florida, 20% down. Light race trailers: 15% down, available in more states than those 7. Standard cargo and utility trailers: most states, 15% down. Rent to own is available on trailers up to about $25,000; ask us about higher-priced builds. Outside those states, ClickLease financing is available in all 50 states.
How long does a custom build take?

Do I have to come to Georgia?
No. The design session is a video call. Plenty of customers visit anyway to see the builds in person.
